External Relations

Fostering Collaborative Relationships with Governments for Community Empowerment
At Basava Samiti of Asia Pacific Ltd (BSAPAC), our External Affairs initiatives are crucial in establishing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with government bodies across local, state, territory, and federal levels. These partnerships allow us to align our community empowerment programs with national policies, particularly in areas such as digital literacy, STEM education, community service, and job training.
Our engagement with governments is driven by a shared commitment to advancing social justice and community upliftment through education and skills development. Whether it’s collaborating with policymakers on community development initiatives or securing financial backing for our educational programs, BSAPAC is committed to creating a lasting impact.

Key Areas of Focus

Advocacy for STEM Education and Digital Literacy

We actively work with government agencies to promote digital inclusion through our flagship Learn2Grow program, bridging the digital divide and empowering underprivileged individuals. By aligning with governmental STEM goals, we prepare communities for the digital economy and ensure equal access to technological resources.

Collaboration on Community Service Initiatives

Our partnerships with government bodies focus on delivering community service projects that offer training, employment opportunities, and essential services to marginalised groups. With an emphasis on equality and inclusion, our programs encourage active participation in contributing to the broader social good.

Policy Alignment and Program Support

We ensure that all BSAPAC programs comply with relevant policies and regulations, seeking government recognition, grants, and awards that bolster our mission. These resources enhance our capacity to deliver impactful services to the communities we serve.

Building Pathways for Volunteer Engagement

Government partnerships enable us to expand volunteer opportunities, particularly for individuals interested in community leadership, technology, and personal development. Collaborating with local authorities allows us to create platforms for volunteers to make meaningful contributions.

Recent Government Collaborations

We are grateful for the ongoing support from various government bodies, including the Government of South Australia, Queensland Government, and Brisbane City Council. With our recent expansion into new cities, we look forward to extending our collaborations to other regions across Australia and New Zealand.
