On March 16, 2024, Basava Samiti’s Learn2Grow Program celebrated its success stories at the Brisbane Square Library. As a volunteer-driven educational movement, Learn2Grow is renowned for its innovative approach to education and community engagement, making a transformative impact across Australia and New Zealand. The event highlighted a key milestone—the Data Visualization Project Presentation—which showcased participants’ skill development, achievements, and transformative experiences.
This year marks the First anniversary of the Learn2Grow Program, reflecting on a year of remarkable growth, resilience, and success. In this short time, the program has flourished, providing invaluable opportunities for learning and personal development while fostering a strong sense of community.
From April to June, all Learn2Grow learners made the most of the program, achieving remarkable success. With the support of BSAPAC professionals, over 90% of participants secured their dream jobs within just a few months. The Learn2Grow environment fosters a self-driven corporate-style culture, where learners gain exposure to the digital ICT environment under expert guidance. This approach builds confidence and prepares participants to face challenges in the real corporate world.
The Learn2Grow Program by Basava Samiti Asia Pacific Ltd. is a transformative 4-month journey aimed at empowering participants with essential skills for career success while promoting STEM education across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. Initially, the learners set career goals and enhance their expertise in Microsoft and other technologies while exploring additional learning opportunities through the Microsoft Dashboard. The program focuses on developing critical thinking through analysis, collaboration, presentation and corporate communication by providing expert insights from the Ask Me Series.
Participants advance their skills in and showcase their findings publicly, engaging with the community and stakeholders.
